Exchange:In case you want to make an exchange for your shipment;
•Orders
are exchangeable only
with the original invoice within 14 days from receiving the shipment.
•Products
must
be exchanged in its original case.
•In
case of receiving wrong orders, exchange will be done for free within 2-3 working
days in Cairo,
while 3-5 days
in other governorates.
•In
case of exchanging right orders, orders will be subjected to shipping fees.
ReturnsIn case you want to return your shipment;
•Orders
are refundable only with the original invoice within 14 days
from receiving
the shipment only through one of the stores.
•Products
must be returned in its original case.
•In
case the
return reason is a manufacturing
defect, total refund will be done within 14 days.
•In
case of returning orders with no reason, fund can be returned but subjected to
shipping fees to be paid by customers.
